When logging in to Online Banking, you’ll be prompted to enter your member
number/user ID. If you are using a registered computer, after clicking “Login,”
your secret image and phrase will appear along with a prompt for your password
(similar to the screen below).
IMPORTANT: NEVER enter your password if
you do not see your secret image and phrase!
If you have any problems or do not see your secret phrase or
image, please contact us.
If you are using a public computer or a computer that is not registered, after
entering your member number/user ID, a screen will appear with the option of
choosing “Email” or “Questions” to validate your identity.
If you choose “Email:”
A new screen will appear prompting you to enter the
one-time password that will be emailed to your address.
Please enter this one-time password EXACTLY as it appears
in the email; the password is case sensitive.
You do have the option of registering this PC. However, if
it is a public computer, we recommend NOT registering.
If you choose “Questions:”
A new screen will appear prompting you to enter the answer
to one of your security questions you answered during the enrollment
process.
Enter the answer; it is not case sensitive.
You do have the option of registering this PC. However, if
it is a public computer, we recommend NOT registering.
If either the password or the answer to your security question is
correct, the system has identified you and the screen will look like the above (you will see your secret phrase and image).
Only then, should you enter your password and continue to use Online Banking.
What happens if I’m locked out?
If the system detects any fraudulent login attempts, your account will
automatically be locked out. You’ll need to
contact us to clear out the lockout
and reset your account.
