The Enrollment Process screen will look similar to this sample:
Prior to using Online Banking, you’ll need to complete this short enrollment
form to set-up MFA.
Initially, the system will choose an image for you; this can
be changed at anytime through the MFA Preferences screen, after the
enrollment process is complete.
Enter a secret phrase that – moving forward - will appear
below your secret image on the Online Banking page. This phrase must be
between 3 – 16 characters long and is not case sensitive. It can be changed
at anytime through the MFA Preferences screen.
Select at least one question under each of the three drop-down
lists and provide the answers. You must choose three questions and answer each,
in order to complete the enrollment process. Within each of the drop-down
lists, there are 10 different questions to choose from.
Enter your primary email address and phone number. If you’ve
already submitted your email address, the email
address you entered will appear; please take this time to verify it and make
sure it is correct. It’s important we have the correct email address in case
the system needs to send you a temporary password to access your accounts.
Select whether or not you want to register this computer.
If you select “Register this PC,” you’ll not be
required to verify your identity by answering a secret question or
putting in a temporary password that would be emailed to your primary
email address the next time you login to Online Banking from this
computer. There is no limit as to how many computers you register. You
will see your secret image and phrase and will be asked to enter your
password. It’s a good idea to select this option if you are using a home
or work computer.
If you select “Don’t Register this PC,” the system
will take additional steps to verify your identity by asking you your
secret questions or by emailing a temporary password to your primary
email address you entered. It’s a good idea to select this option if you
are using a public computer, like at a library.
Select “Continue Enrollment” and a confirmation screen will appear
along with your secret image and phrase.
Click “Continue” and the Multi-Factor Authentication Preferences screen appears.
At this time, changes can be made prior to utilizing Online Banking.
Remember, changes can be made at anytime in the future by
accessing “Profile” from the menu on the left (in Online Banking) and choosing
“MFA Preferences.”
