Please use 56K/Dial-up if your computer actually dials a phone number in
order to obtain access to the Internet (if you can't be online and on the phone
at the same time). To begin viewing the video, please click on the format most compatible with your computer. Most newer personal computers come installed with Windows, and will have
Windows Media Player already installed. Most Apple (or MAC) computers come with
Quick Time already installed. If not, click on the Windows Media Player, or
Quick Time, button below. Both programs are free to download from the Internet
