2023 Recognition for Best New Member Experience and Best New Account Experience

We are pleased to announce GECU has earned two Best of the Best Awards from MemberXP, our member survey partner. This recognition is determined by using universal Customer Service (CX) metrics including Net Promoter Scores® (NPS) and Member Effort Scores for specific branch experiences like opening a new account. In 2022, GECU received valuable member feedback from more than 3,500 surveys. GECU was recognized for Best New Member Experience based on nearly 400 member surveys and Best New Account Experience from over 1,350 member surveys.
The Best of the Best Awards are presented to the Top 25% of MemberXP Performers, which includes over 125 top-performing credit unions in the U.S. and Canada. These credit unions consistently provide extraordinary service, based on feedback from their members. Only the highest-performing credit unions (using the MemberXP Survey Platform) receive these honors, representing best-in-class member experiences in the industry.
These awards are a true testament to our ability, as a leading financial institution, to consistently deliver outstanding member experiences each and every day.
