For easy access to your accounts via telephone, we offer convenient telephone banking through Sourceline. Simply call: 513.243.3333 or 800.589.2875 and follow the prompts to access your accounts (for first-time use, see below for instructions).

Access your accounts and perform routine banking transactions with Sourceline, including: 

  • Check your account balances.
  • Confirm withdrawals, deposits, transactions, and dividends.
  • Make loan payments from your GECU savings or checking account.
  • Find out if checks have cleared.
  • Transfer funds between your accounts.
  • Request a check from your account, and more!

At any time in during the menu, press 0 to speak to a GECU team member during business hours or press # to repeat the menu.

First-time users

When you call in for the first time, you’ll need your member number and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number to activate your account. 

To get started call: 513.243.3333 or 800.589.2875 and select any option from the main menu. When prompted, enter your member number, then the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. You will then be asked to establish a new PIN for future use. Enter a new 4-digit PIN and press #. Once your new PIN is confirmed, you’ll be directed to the Account Information Menu.

If at any point you need to reset your PIN, select option 1, then press 4 and follow the prompts.
