Jason Jones

Treasury Management Supervisor

Jason is a husband, father, mentor, consultant, and friend who has served the Greater Cincinnati community for over 20 years. His true passion is in helping to positively impact the lives of all who he may encounter. As a result, he's had the opportunity to do so through financial services industry for over 12 years. He believes that it is his duty to use his knowledge, experiences, and his network to help the community attain their business and personal financial goals. Whether through financial education, mentorship, advisement, or utilizing his centers of influence, each interaction is a growth opportunity for both himself and his community.

Kyle Musgrove

Treasury Management Officer

After spending 8 years managing in the restaurant industry, Kyle’s banking career began in 2013. Having spent time in retail banking and business banking at a big regional bank, Kyle’s passion is helping business owners achieve financial success. Kyle joined General Electric Credit Union in 2023. He utilizes his knowledge and network to be a trusted advisor. Kyle prides himself on providing the best member experience and offers solutions that will help with the operating cycle of the business. Outside of work, you can find Kyle on the golf course, traveling, checking out his favorite sports teams and listening to live music. Kyle really enjoys hanging out with friends and family, especially his 4 nephews and niece. 

Bill Haley

Treasury Management Officer

Bill grew up in Cincinnati and lives in the community.  He graduated from Cincinnati Christian University in 1996 and has been in the financial services environment for over 20 years.  Bill is a husband, father, and coach both at the youth and high school levels. He has a strong passion and desire to make an impact in the lives of others. Bill is very involved in his local church and with his kid's activities. He believes in mentorship and in servicing others to help make a difference in the community. In his downtime, you will find Bill with his family at sporting events, camping and paddleboarding at local lakes or working on a building project at home. Bill serves as a Treasury Management Officer, leaving the big banks behind to make a more personal and impactful connection with your local business needs.

Derrick Tye

Business Service Support Representative

Derrick has been in the financial industry since 2014. His experience in finance and management moved him to join the General Electric Credit Union team in 2017. He serves his business members by bringing great service to a thriving credit union community. He lives in Cincinnati with his wife, Cristan, and two wonderful children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, going to church, and playing the piano.
 

Dana Bond

Business Service Support Manager

Dana has been in the financial world for a combined total of 15 years and came to GECU in early 2018. Her experience includes working in operations and in the management field for large banking institutions, as well as local credit unions. During this time, Dana gained the insight for finding new ways to assist others in creating more efficiency and convenience in their banking needs. She enjoys her position at GECU as she guides her team to success always searching for new ways to help our members have the best banking experience on the phone, in person, or online. Dana is a wife, mother, and leader that loves to volunteer with our GECU Cares team in our community. In her free time, she enjoys family time outdoors, and can often be seen 4-wheeling in her Jeep Wrangler.

Janie Weaver

Business Service Support Representative

Janie has a wealth of financial experience she has gained during her combined time of 24 yrs. in the banking industry. She has worked for GECU for 18 yrs. of that time and began here as a teller/front desk processor for 15 yrs., then promoted to the Assistant Branch Manager position at the Fairfield branch. She is very excited to bring this experience to the business services team, as she is always ready to help our members with a smile and happy to lend her knowledge to improve their financial lives. Any member that has worked with Janie knows that she has their best interest in mind when assisting them in their banking needs, and often seek her out for her advice and assistance to receive that special care that Janie consistently provides to them. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and grandbabies, and is always ready to go enjoy a white sandy beach to relax

Karen Cryder

Business Banking Relationship Specialist

Karen has been in banking for 7 years.  She joined General Electric Credit Union in 2020 as a teller, where she enjoyed face-to-face interactions with the members and building relationships. She joins the business services team ready to assist our business members.  Karen lives in Fairfield with her husband and 2 kids. She enjoys reading in her spare time and loves beaches and the mountains.

Paula Pfaehler

Senior Vice President of Commercial & Small Business Lending

Paula has more than 25 years’ experience with retail, mortgage, and commercial banking. Her career has been spent working with business owners and leading bankers in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky markets. She has an extensive educational background that includes a Master's in Accounting and Finance, a Master's in Business Administration in Business Analytics, and an MS in Accounting. Paula has utilized her knowledge and experience to assist business owners and commercial investors grow successful businesses.

Katie Burba

 Vice President of Commercial & Small Business Lending

Katie’s career started in 1995 in retail banking. In 2008, she was given the opportunity to move out of management and into a self-producing sales role as a business banker working with commercial and industrial lending and owner-occupied commercial properties. She joined GECU in early 2020 and was promoted to Lending Manager in late 2020. Over the years, she has been fortunate enough to build numerous strong relationships with her clients, centers of influence, and colleagues. Regularly, she leans on any source that can aid a client if they need something beyond her services. 

Drew Henize

Small Business Lender

Drew grew up in Florence, KY for the majority of his life. After graduating high school, Drew went on to attend the University of Cincinnati where he majored in Marketing and Operations Management for his undergraduate degree and continued his education to earn a Masters of Science in Finance from UC as well. He joined the General Electric Credit Union family in 2018 and strives to provide excellent member experiences on a daily basis. In his free time, Drew enjoys hanging out with friends and family, being outdoors, and cooking.

Danny McNeill

Commercial Relationship Manager

Danny’s banking career started in 2001 in retail banking. In 2017, he was given the opportunity to move into a self-producing sales role as a business banker. He worked with small- to medium-size businesses helping them grow their business. He was able to build great working relationships that benefited their business. Danny joined GECU in October of 2021 as a Commercial Relationship Manager. Over the years, he has been fortunate to build numerous strong relationships with his clients, centers of influence, and colleagues.
