If you need to change or reset your credit or debit card PIN or report a card lost or stolen, you'll find all the information you need below.

  • To set up your credit card PIN for the first time, refer to the PIN mailer included with your new card.
  • To change an existing PIN, call: 866.297.3413; you will need your current PIN. 
  • To report a lost or stolen credit card, call: 877.205.3175.

Report fraudulent activity

In the unfortunate circumstance someone uses your card to make unauthorized purchases, you may not be responsible as long as you inform the Credit Union immediately, according to the Electronic Funds Transfer Act (EFTA). Any purchases made after you provide us notice will not be your responsibility to pay.

  • To dispute an ATM, debit card, or Automated Clearing House (ACH) transaction, call us at: 513.243.4328 or 800.542.7093 during business hours.
  • To dispute a transaction on your credit card, call: 877.205.3175.
