Schedule a virtual visit

Virtual visits are held via Microsoft Teams, allowing you to securely connect from nearly anywhere, video chat with your Virtual Relationship Consultant, and share your screen at any point throughout the appointment.
  • From a computer, you can access Microsoft Teams from your browser (no software required).
  • From a mobile device, you will need to download and install the free Microsoft Teams app.
Upon scheduling a virtual visit, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide at the time of booking. It will include your Microsoft Teams invitation, as well as a list of documents to be prepared with based on the appointment type you selected.
