When a loved one passes, it is a very difficult and confusing time. Though we are unable to ease the grief your family is experiencing, we will make the process of settling their GECU accounts and loans as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our specialists will work closely with you, sharing details regarding your loved one’s financial situation to ensure options are understood and there are no surprises.

Gather information

Our team will require the death certificate. Other documents or information may be requested depending on the situation, including: 

  • Letters of Testamentary/Letters of Administration
  • Employer ID Number (EIN) for an estate
  • State Identification for the Executor/Administrator
  • Relief from Administration documents 
  • Court appointed documentation
