You live life on the go, which makes it difficult to remember to log in to your GECU account every day. By setting account alerts and reminders, you can track your account activity and receive information via text, email, or push notifications from your mobile device.1 This means you can also react to fraudulent activity quicker, potentially minimizing the impact to your account. Want to know when your balance is getting low or be reminded of a loan due date? You can do that, too. With account alerts and reminders, you're the boss of your finances and we're here to keep you on track.
Choose to be notified when:
- Your account balance is above or below an amount you specify.
- A withdrawal, deposit, or check posts to your account.
- A check clears your account.
- Your loan payment is due, overdue, or when a payment is made.
- Your certificate maturity date is approaching.
Set up

TIP: Want to make sure your loan payment posted? A payment to a loan is like making a deposit into the loan account. Set an alert for a “large deposit alert” for your loan account to receive a text, email, and/or push notification of when your payment posts to your loan account!
