How it works

Get a GECU checking account

If you don’t already have a checking or savings account with us, you’ll need them to enroll in Round-Up. Choose from one of our easy to love checking account options: Simply Free, Choice, or Amplified High-Yield. Round-Up to a GECU savings, Christmas Club, Vacation Club, or even to a Thrive high-yield Money Market account.
 

Spend however you want

Use your debit card for everyday spending: in-person, online, and in-app. 

Hot Tip: Use this card for online and recurring payments to collect the most change.
 

Watch the savings add up

Your purchases are rounded up to next whole dollar, and the difference is automatically transferred to your GECU savings account.

Plus, we will match 5% of those rounded-up funds each month, up to $350 a year!
