Report fraudulent activity

In the unfortunate circumstance someone uses your card to make unauthorized purchases, you may not be responsible as long as you inform the Credit Union immediately, according to the Electronic Funds Transfer Act (EFTA). Any purchases made after you provide us notice will not be your responsibility to pay.

  • To dispute an ATM, debit card, or Automated Clearing House (ACH) transaction, call us at: 513.243.4328 or 800.542.7093 during business hours.
  • To dispute a transaction on your credit card, call: 800.442.4757


Get a replacement card

For lost or stolen cards, call: 513.243.4328 or 800.542.7093 during business hours, and we’ll close your card and order a new one. Cards typically take 7-10 business days to arrive by mail. Card replacement and expedited shipping fees may apply.
