For members with Online Banking/mobile app1
The easiest and most convenient way to update your contact information is through Online Banking and our mobile app. You’ll verify your identity through the log in process, using your preferred authentication method. Once changes are made to your email address and/or mailing address, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Note: If you receive an email notification and have not made changes to your contact details, please contact us immediately.
- From within Online Banking, select My Settings, then select the Edit link next to Contact information or Primary email.
- From within our mobile app, tap More, Settings, My Settings, and then select the Edit link next to Contact information or Primary email.
- By using Secure Email or Secure Chat from within Online Banking and our mobile app.
Note: Updating the phone number under Contact information will not update the phone number we have on file for you, this is used for security log in purposes only. Please contact us via Secure Email, Secure Chat, or by phone to update the phone number associated with your accounts and membership.
