For members with Online Banking/mobile app1
The easiest and most convenient way to update your contact information is through Online Banking and our mobile app. You’ll verify your identity through the log in process, using your preferred authentication method. Once changes are made to your email address and/or mailing address, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Note: If you receive an email notification and have not made changes to your contact details, please contact us immediately.
- From within Online Banking, select My Settings, then select the Edit link next to Contact information or Primary email.
- From within our mobile app, tap More, Settings, My Settings, and then select the Edit link next to Contact information or Primary email.
- Use the chat bubble below to connect with a GECU team member during business hours. Chat is also available in Online Banking or our mobile app.
Note: Updating the phone number under Contact information will not update the phone number we have on file for you, this is used for security log in purposes only. Please connect directly with a team member using our chat option or by phone to update the phone number associated with your accounts and membership.
