- To access CallConnect, dial: 513.243.3333 or 800.589.2875. Please listen closely as our menu has changed.
- Authenticate using your Member Number, SSN, or account number. You'll be asked to enter your PIN. First time user? Your PIN is the last four digits of your SSN; you'll be prompted to choose a new PIN after log in. If you are unsure of your PIN, please contact our Member Support Team who will be happy to assist you. Note: Previous Sourceline users should use their existing PIN.
