Quick Balance

Quick Balance is the fastest and easiest way to see your balance(s) on-the-go – and turning it on is simple!

Avoid unwanted surprises with real-time account balances just a swipe away.

With the GECU mobile app1 installed on your device, you can activate the Quick Balance feature to view your account balances and recent transactions without logging in. Simply open the app, swipe down, and the information is at your fingertips. It's that easy.

To turn on Quick Balance:

On Apple® Devices: On Android® Devices:
  • Open the GECU mobile app.
  • Tap More, then the Settings icon (gear), and choose Quick Balance. 
  • Select Current Device to turn it on.
  • Open the GECU mobile app.
  • Tap More, then Settings. 
  • Select Quick Balance and Current Device to turn it on.

To customize your experience, select the accounts you’d like to display. This includes any checking, savings, or loan accounts. You can also re-order the accounts to see the most important to you first.

Use Today View or set up a widget

Get a quick snapshot of your accounts on your Apple device using Today View or set up a new widget on your Android device. Quick Balance must be activated within our mobile app in order to use these features.
 

Apple's Today View On Android® devices
  • Swipe left to access your Today View.
  • Scroll to the bottom, click Edit.
  • Tap the green plus sign next to GECU Mobile under More Widgets.
  • Press and hold on your screen in an available, open space.
  • Choose Widgets, then select GECU Mobile.
